A teenage boy was allegedly hit by a car that sped off without stopping on Graham Road, Bexleyheath, just outside the Asda supermarket car park.

The shocking incident happened around 4.20pm yesterday. The teen, thought to be a student from Bexleyheath Academy, was helped by members of the public immediately after the crash.
Hospitalised with Head Injury
A relative later drove the boy to hospital for treatment following a head injury sustained in the collision.

Officers revealed they were not called at the time but have now launched an investigation into the hit-and-run incident.
