Neo-Nazi Trio Jailed for Nearly 30 Years Over Mosque and Synagogue Terror Plots
Arsenal of Horror: Knives, Body Armour, and 3D-Printed Gun Parts Seized
Three far-right extremists stockpiled a chilling weapons cache, including over 200 knives, swords, body armour, and a stun gun. Christopher Ringrose, 34, was caught with 3D-printed components capable of building a semi-automatic firearm. Experts warned it could have caused “devastating consequences” if completed.
Detective Chief Superintendent James Dunkerley, Head of Counter Terrorism Policing North East, said: “When we saw them building a firearm and their hate escalating towards planning real-world attacks on synagogues, mosques, and Islamic institutions, we took action. This wasn’t some fantasy. Public safety was paramount.”
Race War Rants and Nazi Worship in Online Hate Group
The trio met online in January 2024 and formed the vile hate group Einsatz 14. Brogan Stewart, 25, styled himself the ‘Fuhrer,’ spewing racist abuse and praising Adolf Hitler. In grim videos, Stewart wore Nazi armbands and German army helmets while boasting about torturing Muslim leaders with “information extraction kits.”
Their sick plans targeted mosques and Islamic education centres, including violent raids and beatings. Stewart also hurled racial slurs at then-Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, underscoring their poisonous ideology.
Lengthy Jail Terms Mirror the Threat They Posed
After a nine-week trial at Sheffield Crown Court, the trio were found guilty of preparing acts of terrorism and gathering terrorism-related information. Stewart was locked up for 11 years, Ringrose for 10, and Marco Pitzettu, 25, got 8 years.
The judge condemned them for clinging to their extremist beliefs even while in custody. Shocking revelations showed the men had never met in person before their arrests but were united by their hateful online echo chamber.
Mr Dunkerley added: “These individuals idolised the Nazi Party. Their extreme racist views were fuelled and amplified in an online echo chamber. Without intervention, their plans would likely have had fatal consequences.”
Their vile terror plot was stopped just as they prepared to turn their sick fantasies into deadly reality.
