Man Charged Over Shocking Teen Sex Assault in Cleethorpes
A 23-year-old man has been arrested and charged following a disturbing sexual assault on a teenage girl in Cleethorpes.
Ahmed Jalal Faces Multiple Serious Charges
Ahmed Jalal, claiming Iraqi nationality, now faces a host of serious accusations, including:
- False imprisonment
- Non-penetrative sexual activity with a girl aged 13 to 15
- Blackmail
- Taking and possessing indecent photos of a child
Police Investigation and Court Appearance
Jalal appeared at Hull Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 15 December 2025, where he was remanded in custody. He is due back in court on 3 March 2026.
Humberside Police revealed they were alerted to the assault on 9 December. The attack reportedly took place on 19 November.
