Rapid Police Sting Nails Jamie Tanachaisugit
Jamie Tanachaisugit, 41, from Carrington Road, High Wycombe, has been slammed with a four-year jail term at Aylesbury Crown Court. The conviction follows a swift Thames Valley Police operation targeting his drug dealings.
Tanachaisugit pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply Class A drugs: heroin and crack cocaine. He was also found guilty of possessing criminal property – £1,215 in cash stashed at his home – on 3 October 2025.
Catch of the Day: Kia Sportage Leads Police to Drugs and Cash
On 2 October last year, police had intel on Tanachaisugit’s crack cocaine and heroin trafficking from a grey Kia Sportage. Officers chased the vehicle speeding down Copyground Lane, momentarily losing it before spotting it at the top of a steep driveway on Carrington Road.
Cornered and blocked in, Tanachaisugit was detained behind the wheel. A search uncovered a black smartphone and £495 in cash, which he couldn’t explain. A further police raid, aided by a sniffer dog, turned up a bedroom plate with suspected drugs, scales, Rizla papers, £720 hidden in a biscuit tin, and 10 cannabis bags tucked in a tea tin.
Top Cop’s Warning: Drug Dealers Will Be Found and Punished
“I am pleased our officers acted quickly to stop Tanachaisugit and have removed an offender from the streets of High Wycombe,” said Detective Marcus Rose of the Buckinghamshire Proactive Team.
“We will continue to disrupt drug dealing using covert and visible patrols. Our message is clear: if you deal drugs, we will identify you and take action.”
