A 27-year-old man has been charged with rape after an incident in a Worthing car park, Sussex Police have confirmed.
Incident Details
Suleman Mukaish, of Cambridge Road, Worthing, is accused of attacking a woman in her 20s at Lyndhurst Road Car Park around 8pm on Wednesday, March 11.
Legal Action & Police Statement
Mukaish has been remanded in custody and is set to appear at Crawley Magistrates’ Court on Monday, March 16.
Specialist officers are supporting the victim. Police have described the incident as isolated and say no one else is being sought.
