A costly haul of rare Pokémon cards has been snatched in a daring burglary at Trowbridge’s Microshops. The shared space for indie traders, located inside The Shires Shopping Centre, was broken into late Wednesday night (15 April).

Targeted Theft Rocks Local Traders

Wiltshire 999s reports that thieves made off with high-value Pokémon cards, though the exact number of cards stolen remains unclear. A spokesperson for SkyForge, one of the affected traders, said, “Absolutely devastated to say that we were broken into in what seemed a targeted attack.”

Police Investigate as Microshops Closes

Officers responded promptly to the scene, and forensic teams are combing for clues. While The Shires Shopping Centre stayed open, Microshops shut its doors today (Thursday) in the wake of the raid. Wiltshire Police have been contacted for comment.
