An 11-year-old boy has died after a devastating collision involving his bike, a bus, and a car in Derby.
Crash Shakes Nottingham Road Near Pentagon Island
The horrific accident happened just before 6.45pm last Friday on Nottingham Road, close to Pentagon Island. The young cyclist suffered serious injuries and later died in hospital, Derbyshire Police confirmed.
Family Supported as Police Launch Investigation
“His family are aware and are being supported by specialist officers. Our thoughts are with them at this time,” said a police spokesperson.
No arrests have been made so far. Officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to come forward.
