A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder following the discovery of Anthony Clemmings’ body in a rooftop garden in Bristol. The 50-year-old Mr Clemmings, known as Tony, was found by a member of the public at the Redcliff Street flats just after 8.20am on Tuesday. Avon and Somerset Police later confirmed the arrest of a 50-year-old man in the West Midlands connected to the investigation.
