Armed Thief Raids Shirley Arcade, Makes Off With £6k
Police are hunting a brazen robber who struck at the Golden Touch Amusement Arcades on Shirley High Street. The man stormed in at 9.30pm on Monday, March 11, grabbed a staff member, and forced them to hand over the safe key.
He then emptied the safe, scooping up around £6,000 in cash before fleeing the scene. Fortunately, the staff member escaped unharmed.

- Approximately 6 feet tall
- Stocky build
- Wearing a dark jacket with a white stripe
- Grey work trousers featuring reflective stripes at the bottom
