On Wednesday evening, a 14-year-old boy was found with a single stab wound on Gladdis Road, Bournemouth. He was rushed to hospital, where doctors now say his injuries are no longer life-threatening.
Three Teens Held Over Attempted Murder
Dorset Police have arrested three boys aged 14 and 15 on suspicion of attempted murder. All three are believed to be linked to the stabbing incident.
Police Seek Key Witnesses
Authorities are hunting two men in a pick-up truck who waved down officers at the scene. Police believe these men may have witnessed the attack and want to speak with them urgently.
Ongoing Investigation and Police Presence
“We are continuing to examine this event,” said Detective Chief Inspector Andy Bell. “We still want to speak to two males in a pick-up truck who flagged down police, as they may have seen some or all of the incident. There will be a visible police presence in the area, and officers from the local neighbourhood team are available for any concerns.”
The case has also been referred to the police watchdog, due to prior involvement with the injured boy.
