Tragic Crash on Heath Road: Driver Dies, Teens Injured
Paramedics rushed to Heath Road at 3.42am after a serious crash. West Midlands Ambulance Service dispatched three ambulances, two paramedic officers, and a BASICS doctor. The first team arrived within two minutes.
One Man Dies at Scene
A spokesman revealed crews found four patients. One, the driver of a car, was in critical condition. Despite advanced life support efforts, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Teenagers Suffer Injuries
- A teenage boy suffered serious injuries and was rushed to Birmingham Children’s Hospital.
- A teenage girl was hurt but injuries are not believed to be serious. She was taken to Walsall Manor Hospital.
Second Driver Unharmed
The driver of the second car was checked over and discharged at the scene.
