At 1.30pm, firefighters called in West Midlands Ambulance Service to an incident on Defford Drive.
Emergency Response Units Rush to Scene
The response included one ambulance, two paramedic officers, and the Trust’s Hazardous Area Response Team.
One Patient Found, Sadly Pronounced Dead
“On arrival, we discovered one patient,” a West Midlands Ambulance Service spokeswoman said.
“Unfortunately, it became clear that nothing could be done to save him, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.”
