Man Stabbed to Death in Northumberland Park at Dawn
Police were rushed to Northumberland Park, N17, at 5.51am on Sunday, 7 April, after a man was found unresponsive with multiple stab wounds.
Emergency Services Battle to Save Victim
Officers arrived alongside London Ambulance Service paramedics. CPR was given at the scene, but despite their best efforts, the man was pronounced dead there and then.
Police Launch Investigation, No Arrests Yet
Police say they believe they know the identity of the victim and are contacting his next of kin. No arrests have been made at this early stage.
Chief Inspector Stephen Johnston-Keay said: “Our thoughts are with the man who has tragically lost his life. Specialist detectives are on the case and will leave no stone unturned to find those responsible.”
He added: “If you have any information, no matter how small, please come forward. Officers are patrolling the area and ready to listen.”
