Kent Police Smash County Lines Drug Ring with Major Raids
In a blitz across Gravesend and Dartford on Tuesday and Wednesday, Kent Police swooped on eight properties linked to county lines drug gangs. The raids, led by the County Lines and Gangs Team, resulted in five arrests and the seizure of crack cocaine, heroin, and mobile phones used for drug dealing.
Five Arrested, Drugs and Phones Seized
The operation targeted the heart of county lines crime, focusing on violent offenders profiting from class A drugs. Officers uncovered significant quantities of crack and heroin along with incriminating mobile devices at a Dartford address.

“We want to send a clear message to those involved in violent and county line crime that we will not tolerate their behaviour,” said Detective Superintendent Shaun White.
“Violent crime is closely linked to county line drug dealing. This action highlights our ongoing commitment with partner agencies to create safer communities.
“The County Lines and Gangs Team has had huge success over the past year – with over 120 arrests, thousands in seized cash, and weapons taken off our streets.
“We will relentlessly pursue those trafficking misery through class A drugs, often exploiting vulnerable people in the process.
“My message to criminals is simple: it’s not if you will be arrested, but when. Our fight to dismantle the drug supply network is relentless.”
