Police are urgently appealing for witnesses after a deadly crash on the A34 just past the Winchester bypass. The fatal collision happened at around 5:30am on 13 December. A white Yamaha motorcycle was involved, and sadly, the 26-year-old rider was pronounced dead at the scene.
