Fly-tippers Dump Three Quarters of a Tonne of Rubbish in Dragons Lane

Horsham District Council is on the hunt for fly-tippers who dumped a huge pile of waste in Dragons Lane, Dragon’s Green, near the A272 junction. The illegal dump appeared overnight between 7 and 8 October.

Massive Mess Cleared by Council Crews

The rubbish tipped weighed a staggering three quarters of a tonne. Council teams have since cleared the site, but the scale suggests a sizeable vehicle was used to dump the debris. Among the waste was a dismantled wooden structure and various other items.

Council Seeks Public’s Help to Nab Culprits

If you recognise the rubbish or have any info on the culprits behind this waste crime, the council urges you to come forward.
