Chaos Unfolds in Early Hours
Witnesses say a person armed with a knife attacked someone before another individual fired a gun. Police have yet to release full details about the incident or their armed deployment.
“The Police are always here but seem to do nothing to stop this. It’s totally out of control,” said a nearby resident who asked to remain anonymous.
Roads Sealed Off, Residents Warned to Stay Indoors
Overton Road and Loughborough Road were cordoned off as officers secured the area. Residents were urged to stay inside while police investigated. A crime scene remains active following the stabbing and shooting.
