Firefighters Slash Crews as Blaze at Abandoned Pub Near Sevenoaks Comes Under Control
Firefighters have scaled back their response at a derelict former pub on South Ash Road, Ash, near Sevenoaks. The operation has dropped from eight fire engines and around 40 firefighters to just four fire engines after significant progress was made tackling the fire.

Teams continue to douse the flames using water from a bulk tanker. With the building deemed structurally dangerous, firefighters are working with main jets at a safe distance to avoid risk. Local authority engineers have been called in to assess the stability of the property.
Suspected Arson Under Police Investigation
