Two vehicles targeted in Pembury Road car park

Thieves struck under cover of darkness, stealing catalytic converters from a Toyota Prius and a Honda Jazz. Both cars were parked overnight in the communal car park of Cranbrook apartment block on Pembury Road.

Owners discover the damage the next morning

When the owners returned to their vehicles on Thursday, November 3, they found the precious parts missing. The daring theft happened sometime during the night of Wednesday, November 2.

Police launch appeal for witnesses

Sussex Police are urging anyone who saw or heard suspicious activity in the area to come forward. If you have any information or dashcam footage, call 101 and quote Operation Rhodium or report it online.
