£50k Phone Shop Heist in Crawley – Police Hunt Masked Robbers
Police are hunting two masked men who robbed an O2 phone shop in Crawley, stealing around £50,000 worth of goods in broad daylight.
Brazen Daytime Raid at The Martlets
The robbery happened at O2, The Martlets, at about 11:50am on 26 June. The culprits forced their way into the stockroom while customers were still in the shop.
Police Release CCTV Images, Seek Witnesses
Detectives have released new images of the suspects, though their faces are partially covered. CID Supervisor Oli Robinson said:
“We understand the men have their faces partially covered in the images, but we are appealing to those who may have seen them that day, or recognise them from their local community.”
He added the suspects were spotted in the area for some time before the raid and are believed to have visited the store before.
