Man, Mid-40s, Killed in Sidcup Pedestrian Crash
Tragedy struck Sidcup on Wednesday night as a man was fatally hit by a car. Police were called to Maidstone Road at 8.10pm following reports of a collision involving a pedestrian and a vehicle.
Emergency Crews Rush to Scene
Officers arrived alongside London Ambulance Service and London Air Ambulance medics. Despite their efforts, the man, thought to be in his mid-40s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigation Underway
The victim is believed to have connections to 1 (location details pending confirmation). Police are working hard to confirm his identity and notify next of kin. The driver remained at the scene, and no arrests have been made.
