Firework Fiasco in Dunstable: Pyro Punks Torch Home
Six youths caused chaos in Dunstable on Halloween night after pushing a lit firework through a letterbox. The explosive stunt happened at a house on Crabtree Way at around 9.30pm, sending smoke billowing and setting off the alarm.
Firework Flames and Fright
One of the gang lit the firework before shoving it through the letterbox. The fiery blast scorched the hallway carpet and filled the cramped space with thick smoke. Thankfully, the homeowner escaped unharmed and quickly called the police.
Police Hunt Six Dark-Clad Teens
Officers are on the lookout for six boys, aged 15 to 18, all dressed in dark clothing, seen heading from Grove Park towards Crabtree Way. Anyone who spotted the group or has info is urged to call police on 101, quoting reference 40/63103/19.
