Man in 50s Fighting for Life After Newham Stabbing
A 16-year-old boy and a man in his 50s were both stabbed in Newham on Saturday afternoon. The older victim remains in critical condition in hospital.
Stabbing Shocks Newham Community
Emergency services, including an air ambulance, rushed to Hartington Road just after 4:30pm on Saturday, October 5, after reports of a stabbing. The Metropolitan Police and London Ambulance Service were quick to respond.
Victims’ Conditions Revealed
- The man in his 50s was found with severe stab wounds and is now fighting for his life in hospital.
- The 16-year-old boy suffered slash injuries, but his condition is not life-threatening.
Suspect Arrested at the Scene
A 46-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and taken into police custody. Investigations are ongoing.
