Hit-and-Run Shocks Dagenham: Woman Hurt, Driver Flees Scene

A 29-year-old woman was left injured after a hit-and-run crash on Beverley Road, Dagenham, last Friday evening. The smash happened at around 5.25 pm on December 29, sparking a police hunt for the fleeing driver.

Emergency Services Rush To Scene

The London Ambulance Service (LAS) was called to the incident and quickly alerted the Met Police. Officers arrived at Beverley Road to find the injured woman, who had been hit by a car. She received on-the-spot medical care before being rushed to a local hospital.

Victim Stable But Investigation Intensifies

Thankfully, her injuries were not life-threatening, providing some relief to her worried family and friends. But the case took a grim twist as the driver failed to stop and sped off, abandoning the scene.
