On Thursday 21 April 2022, around 8am, authorities discovered a large sum of cash during a vehicle search at the Channel Tunnel.
Two Bristol Men Arrested Over Unexplained Loot
The men, aged 34 and 38, both from Bristol, were stopped with a stash of cash and expensive watches. Unable to explain their possessions, they were arrested on the spot.
Items Seized, Investigation Ongoing
Law enforcement seized the money and watches. Although the pair have since been released, they remain under investigation as enquiries continue.
