‘Little Stardust’ Tattoo Key in Mystery Death at Coventry Park
Police are scrambling to ID a man found dead in a green wheelie bin at Coventry’s Cash’s Park. The body, believed to be a man aged between 40 and 50, was dumped in the bin on Friday evening, sparking a grim investigation.
Tattooed Body Gives Crucial Lead
West Midlands Police revealed the victim sports a unique tattoo on his back: a cross wrapped with a snake and the words “Little Stardust.” Another tattoo on his right arm reads ‘nan’ next to a clover and the Irish flag colours.
Officers suspect the man was hit by a vehicle and callously dumped in the park. They are working closely with Coventry City Council to trace where the wheelie bin came from and piece together what happened.
Detective’s Urgent Plea
“We have a large team of detectives and forensic experts working round the clock to find out who this man is and what happened,” said Detective Chief Inspector Phil Poole.
“The tattoos are quite distinctive — I urge anyone who recognises them to come forward. We also want to speak to anyone who’s noticed unexplained damage to a vehicle or sudden changes in someone’s behaviour.”
“If you know anything or were involved, now is the time to get in touch.”
