Pedestrian Seriously Injured in Hit-and-Run on Cricklewood Broadway

Detectives are hunting witnesses after a hit-and-run left a man fighting for life in north London.

Just before 5am on Wednesday, 11 April, emergency services were called to Cricklewood Broadway near Mora Road. A 67-year-old pedestrian was found lying in the road with serious injuries likely caused by a vehicle collision.

Driver Flees the Scene

The injured man was rushed to a north London hospital, where he remains in a critical condition. Police say the driver responsible failed to stop after hitting him.

Detectives Urge Witnesses to Speak Up

The Serious Collisions Investigation Unit (SCIU) is appealing for anyone who was in the area — particularly near the bus stops on Mora Road — around 4:50am to come forward.
