Barnet Horror Crash: Car Smashes Into Tree and Lamp Post
Emergency services rushed to a terrifying crash in Barnet on Wednesday, 23 November. At 12:37pm, a car careered off the road and slammed into a tree and lamp post near the Pinkham Way junction.
Firefighters Cut Car Apart to Rescue Driver
Police, London Ambulance Service, London’s Air Ambulance, and Fire Brigade all raced to the scene. Firefighters had to cut the car open to reach the driver.
The driver, a man in his 60s, was treated at the scene before being rushed to hospital. He remains in critical condition.
