Shocking Mass Assault Outside Surrey School

Just after 2.30pm on Monday, police rushed to Thomas Knyvett College in Ashford, Surrey, after reports of a brutal group attack on a teenage girl. They found the victim injured at the scene.

Five Arrested, One Fugitive on the Loose

Authorities have arrested five suspects: a 39-year-old woman, a 43-year-old man, and three girls aged 16, 11, and 10. A 15-year-old girl remains at large and is wanted by police, who confirm she knows they’re on her trail.

Viral Video Shows Disturbing Gang Attack

A sickening video circulating online reveals a gang viciously kicking and hitting the girl while she lies helpless on the pavement. Throughout the assault, adult voices can be heard egging on the attackers and giving instructions to cause harm.

The violence ends as school staff come outside, with strands of the victim’s hair left scattered on the pavement.

Police and School Respond to Outrage

“We are aware this incident has caused alarm for students, parents, staff, and the wider community,” said a Surrey Police spokesperson. “An investigation is underway, and we are working closely with Thomas Knyvett College.”

“We urge the public not to share videos or images of the attack but to submit any footage to the police to assist with the investigation.”

Inspector Maxine Cilia, Borough Commander for Spelthorne, expressed her shock:

“I was astounded by the violent behaviour shown by young people outside one of our local schools. Every child should feel safe in their neighbourhood and not be targeted with violence after school.”

Extra police patrols will be stepping up in the area to reassure residents and keep a close eye on school grounds.

Police Call for Witnesses and Evidence

Surrey Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the assault or has CCTV, dashcam, helmet cam footage—or any images and videos—to come forward.

Specifically, they seek information from anyone near Salcombe Road between 2pm and 3pm on Monday who saw or heard anything suspicious.
