Officers in Essex are appealing for information on a person who fled from a serious collision which took place in Dock Road, #Grays, earlier today, Saturday 12 November. Police attended the incident, which involved a Volkswagen and a Kia, shortly before 5.15pm. Initial reports stated there had been a serious, head-on collision between two vehicles. When officers arrived at the scene, they were told that one person had fled from one of the vehicles. Police have reason to believe this person may be seriously injured and officers would like to locate them as soon as possible to ensure they receive the hospital treatment we believe they need. Investigators need anyone who witnessed the incident to get in touch as soon as possible by calling 101. Please cite incident 1038 of 12 November.
