Manhunt Launched After Brutal Tarring Assault

Sussex Police have kicked off a frantic manhunt following a vicious attack in Tarring, Worthing. The shocking assault unfolded just after 6pm on Tuesday, 30 September 2025, outside The Green Man Ale and Cider House at the junction of St Dunstan’s Road.

Two Men Hospitalised After Youth Duo’s Savage Beating

The victims, aged 48 and 59, were viciously attacked by two young males. Both required hospital care, with one suffering serious injuries. Police have since released images and descriptions of the suspects, pleading for the public’s help to bring them to justice.

Suspect Descriptions Released

  • Suspect 1: Late teens to early 20s, around 5’8″. Wearing a black coat, grey hooded top, grey joggers, black trainers, and braces.
  • Suspect 2: Late teens to early 20s, approximately 6′ tall. Dressed in a black coat, black joggers, trainers, and a hat.

Sussex Police urge anyone with CCTV, dashcam, or phone footage to come forward immediately.
