A man has been arrested following a break-in at a Co-Op store in Sellindge, near Ashford, in the dead of night.

Kent Police were called to the Main Road shop at 12:52 a.m. on Monday after reports of a burglary. Officers arrived swiftly and, after quick on-site enquiries, arrested a suspect nearby on suspicion of burglary.

Stolen Loot Includes Cigarettes, Tobacco, and Booze

Officers recovered a holdall stuffed with a large haul of cigarettes, tobacco products, and alcohol during the investigation.
