Shattered Window Raid at Folkestone Wetherspoon

Police sprang into action after burglars smashed a window at The Samuel Peto Wetherspoon in Folkestone in the early hours of Thursday, 16 October 2025.

Just after 2am, officers were alerted to the smashed window on Rendezvous Street. Thieves had targeted the pub, making off with bottles of booze.

Three Arrested as Stolen Booze Recovered

Minutes after the break-in, cops nabbed two suspects on nearby Brockman Road. A search in the area led to the third arrest.

Officers recovered a stash of the stolen alcohol from the scene, preventing thieves from enjoying their ill-gotten gains.

The suspects, a 37-year-old man and two women aged 50 and 38, all locals, remain held as police continue their investigation.
