Tribute to ‘Big-Hearted’ Dad Murdered in Dovercourt Crash
The family of Kerrin Repman, 29, have paid a heartfelt tribute to the man known as Kez, who was tragically killed after being struck by a BMW on Marine Parade, Dovercourt, last Wednesday afternoon (April 15).
Family Mourns a Loving Father and Chef
Kerrin’s loved ones remember him as a hard-working, devoted dad to his three children – Romeo, Reggie, and Reenie – and a cherished uncle to niece Lacey Jane. “We loved him unconditionally,” the family said. “He always worked hard to be a good person and, above all, a great dad.”
Kez was the youngest of three brothers, with Jamie and Ashley recalling his cheeky childhood antics. A talented chef, Kerrin made his family proud last Christmas by cooking for the local Salvation Army’s community meal.
Fighting Through Pain With a Smile
Despite facing physical and emotional struggles, Kerrin never lost his smile or his lively spirit. “He was our loveable son, and we are all heartbroken,” his family added. He leaves behind a wide circle of grieving relatives across England and Ireland, including parents, siblings, partner Emma, and sister-in-law Sophie.
Police Hunt Two Men Over Kerrin’s Death
Detectives are urgently appealing for 40-year-old Keith McCarthy and 19-year-old Anthony Galvin to come forward. Both have connections to Harwich, Hertfordshire, London and Ireland.
Officers also want to hear from anyone who witnessed the crash or has dashcam footage that could help.
