Thieves Smash In and Steal Cash and Jewellery in West Ashton Burglary
Police are hunting witnesses after a brazen burglary in West Ashton saw cash and precious jewellery stolen. The raid took place at a Bratton Road home last Friday between 10.30am and 1.40pm.
Conservatory Door Smashed to Gain Entry
Thieves smashed the rear conservatory door to break in and make off with a haul of valuables. PC Ashton Schorah from the Trowbridge Area Community Policing Team confirmed forensics have been carried out at the scene.
“We have spoken to neighbours nearby and now want to hear from anyone who saw suspicious activity or unusual vehicles in the area on Friday,” said PC Schorah. “If you have CCTV or dash cam footage, please get in touch.”
