Residents in the sleepy village of West Meon in Hampshire are waking up total carnage. Police from three areas have rushed to latest cashing point Robbery that is being described as Carnage in the early hours of Tuesday morning.Cops from Winchester, Fareham and Alton where called to the late raid in West Meon to find an abandoned telehanlder and an unsafe building.
