Police rushed to a house on East Street, Bury, just after 7:30pm on Friday, 23 July, following reports of a woman badly burned in a shocking incident.

31-Year-Old Woman Succumbs to Severe Burns

Emergency crews found the 31-year-old victim with serious burns and rushed her to hospital. Despite their desperate efforts, she tragically died shortly after arrival.

Three Men Arrested as Police Hunt for Answers

Authorities have arrested three men aged 34, 26, and 24 in connection with the case. All remain in custody for questioning. Police say no one else is being sought over the incident.

Detective Chief Inspector Daniel Clegg said: “This is a truly devastating incident, in which a woman has tragically lost her life.

“We believe this is an isolated incident and will have increased emergency presence in the area as we work to establish the full circumstances surrounding the death.
