Man Dies After Brutal Head Injury in Bracknell Underpass
A murder probe is underway after a 34-year-old man was found seriously injured in Bracknell in the early hours of Sunday morning (25 April).
The victim was discovered at around 3.30am in the Twin Bridges Roundabout underpass with a severe head injury. He was rushed to Royal Berkshire Hospital but tragically died on 27 April.
Three Men Arrested on Murder Suspicion
Police arrested three Bracknell men – two aged 36 and one 32 – initially on suspicion of grievous bodily harm with intent. They have now been re-arrested on suspicion of murder.
Detective Chief Inspector Stuart Bosley said: “Our thoughts are with the family and friends of the victim at this extremely distressing time.”
“We believe this to be an isolated incident with no wider threat to the community.”
“The victim was last seen leaving a property around 3am riding a white electric scooter with black handles.”

Community on Alert as Police Increase Presence
Police have set up a cordon at the Twin Bridges Roundabout underpass while vital enquiries continue. There will be an increased police presence in Bracknell in the days ahead.
Residents are encouraged to speak with officers if they have any concerns or information. Drivers and pedestrians should follow diversion signs and avoid risky road crossings.
