White Range Rover Flees Scene After Pedestrian Crash in North London

Police are hunting witnesses after a hit-and-run on the North Circular left a woman critically injured. The drama unfolded around 8pm on Tuesday 17 March when traffic officers tried to stop a white Range Rover for a dodgy number plate.

Instead of pulling over, the driver sped off, only to collide with a 53-year-old woman near 1 Lanes, N13. The car didn’t stop, leaving the pedestrian seriously hurt and rushed to hospital with potentially life-changing injuries.

Serious Collision Unit Launches Investigation

The Met’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit, based in Chadwell Heath, is on the case. They want anyone who saw the crash or caught it on dash cam to step forward.
