Young Woman Found Dead in East London Flat
The Met Police have launched a probe after a 21-year-old woman was found dead under mysterious circumstances in East London.
Tragic Discovery at Pavilion Apartments
Officers and London Ambulance Service rushed to Pavilion Apartments on Stainsby Road, E14, at 8:26am on Thursday, 8 February 2024. Inside a flat, they discovered the body of the young woman. Despite desperate efforts to save her, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
The cause of death remains unknown. Detectives are conducting a full investigation to get to the bottom of what happened.
Arrest Made, Bail Granted
A 21-year-old woman was arrested in connection with the incident. She has since been released on bail while police continue their inquiries from an East London station.
Police Hunting Witnesses for Linked Incident
Officers are appealing for information about a separate incident near Dodd Street, E14 that occurred at around 11.30pm. Investigators are considering whether the two incidents are connected but remain open to all lines of enquiry.
