Richmond Park Horror: Puppy Bulldog Attacks Horse

Richmond Park, London – A peaceful morning in Richmond Park turned chaotic on Saturday, 4th November, when a 19-year-old horse called Julie was brutally attacked by a dog near Robin Hood Gate.

Violent Attack Throws Rider, Hospitalises Victim

The shocking assault happened around 8:25am. The dog lunged at Julie so suddenly and ferociously that her rider was thrown off and needed urgent hospital treatment.

Suspect Dog Walker Described – Police Search for Witnesses

The dog is thought to be a puppy bulldog. Its walker was out with seven dogs in total. Witnesses describe him as a white male, aged 50-60, with grey facial hair and glasses. He wore a broad-brimmed hat, checked shirt, and gilet.
