Family ‘Heartbroken’ After Biker Luke Nabi Dies in Cheshire Crash

 

The family of Luke Nabi, a 38-year-old motorcyclist who died in a tragic crash, have paid an emotional tribute to him, describing him as a “loving, caring, funny, and selfless” person.

The Collision

Luke was riding his motorbike when he was involved in a collision with a car in Cheshire shortly before 7 AM on February 26. Despite the efforts of emergency services, he tragically died at the scene.

The driver of the car, a 23-year-old woman from Nantwich, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. She has since been released under investigation as further enquiries continue.

Family Tribute

Luke’s grieving family said they were devastated by the loss of their beloved son, partner, stepfather, and friend:

“We are heartbroken that Luke was taken away from us so tragically in such awful circumstances. Luke was a very special person – one of a kind who lived his life to the full.”

They described him as a cherished son to Gina and the late Steve Nabi, a devoted partner to Katie, and a loving stepdad to Daenerys.

“Luke loved his family and friends fiercely and left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. He was also a dear brother to Carly and Jake and a doting uncle to Isabelle and Olivia. He was a much-loved nephew and a loyal friend to so many.”

“Luke will be hugely missed by all who knew him. We love him dearly, and our lives will never be the same without him.

Appeal for Witnesses

Cheshire Police are continuing their investigation and are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage of the incident.
