New CCTV footage shows the 66-year-old falling near where his body was discovered in Agia Marina. Strangely, the footage reveals no obvious injuries and shows he was alone at the time of the fall.
Last Seen Taking a Walk – Cause of Death Still Unclear
Earlier that day, Dr Mosley had vanished after leaving friends at Agios Nikolaos beach to take a solitary walk. His death was estimated around 4pm on Wednesday, just after the fall. However, investigators await the toxicology report to confirm the exact cause of death.
Autopsy Suggests Natural Causes, Despite Uncertain Details
The autopsy confirmed Dr Mosley’s death on the same day he went missing, about two hours after his disappearance was reported. His body was found near a local restaurant.
Despite no visible trauma, the condition of his remains made pinpointing the cause difficult. Authorities currently lean towards natural causes as the reason behind his tragic passing.
