Kent Police Nab Man Over Shocking Hythe Indecent Exposure Spree
Kent Police have arrested a 39-year-old man linked to a string of indecent exposure incidents rocking Hythe.
Series of Disturbing Incidents Shake Hythe Residents
The probe kicked off on Thursday, 11 January 2024, after reports surfaced of a man exposing himself to two women on Marine Parade. But it didn’t stop there.
The very next day, Friday 12 January, the suspect allegedly approached a woman on Ladies’ Walk, Hythe, engaging in inappropriate behaviour following a brief chat. Later that day, another woman reported the same man loitering before indecently exposing himself.
Swift Police Action Leads to Arrest
Kent Police ramped up patrols around Hythe to tackle the worrying incidents. On Thursday, 18 January, officers responded to another distress call from a female runner on Princes Parade who said the man exposed himself to her.
Police acted fast, detaining a 39-year-old man nearby. He’s now in custody, charged with indecent exposure and also possession of a Class B drug.
