Richard Stocks forced primary school girls into silence as he repeatedly sexually assaulted them. He warned each victim not to speak out about the horrific abuse.

Damning medical evidence seals his fate
Further chilling medical evidence confirmed the scale of Stocks’ abuse. After initially denying all allegations, he eventually caved and pleaded guilty to:
- 12 counts of rape
- 1 count of attempted rape
- 2 counts of sexual assault
- 2 counts of causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity
Police praise victims’ courage
Speaking after Stocks’ court appearance, investigators expressed their support for his victims.
“But for their bravery in coming forward and telling us about what had happened, Stocks would have remained a danger to any children he came into contact with,” an officer said.
“Investigations of this type are difficult and upsetting, but nothing is more important to us than the safety and wellbeing of children. I would like to thank everyone involved in bringing this man to justice and hope this case encourages other victims to come forward.”
