Two People Summoned Amid Court Drama
- Elaine Clarke, 48, from Garden Terrace, Blackpool, faces gross negligence manslaughter charges.
- Robert Bruce, 45, of Windsor Crescent, Leeds, is charged with causing or allowing the death of a vulnerable adult.
Both are set to appear at Blackpool Magistrates’ Court on April 20. Four others questioned have been released without charge.
