Predator Jailed for Child Sexual Assaults Over Eight Years
John Justin, 51, from Wollaston Close, was locked up at Maidstone Crown Court after pleading guilty to three counts of sexual assault against a child. The vile abuse took place repeatedly between 2009 and 2017.
Life on Sex Offenders’ Register and Tough Restrictions
Sentenced on Thursday 10 November 2022, Justin was slapped with an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order and will remain on the Sex Offenders’ Register for life. He’s also subject to an indefinite restraining order banning any contact with the victim or their family.

“This prison term reflects the gravity and horror Justin’s victim was put through. I want to commend her bravery in reporting his offending and helping to ensure he is held accountable for his actions,” said Police Staff Investigator Luke Grimmett.
“His continued offending over a number of years has left a lasting impact on the victim and I hope that today’s sentence helps to give her some closure. I also hope this case sends out a clear message that we will do everything in our power to identify offenders and bring them to justice.”
