Man Charged with Attempted GBH After Southwark Attack
Elijah Shakiru, 30, of Southwark Park Road, SE16, was charged on Thursday, 16 March with attempted grievous bodily harm (GBH). He is set to appear in custody at Croydon Magistrates’ Court today, Friday 17 March.
Attack Sparks Police Investigation
Police launched an investigation after a woman was reportedly attacked at around 9:45am on Tuesday, 14 March, in Southwark Park Road, SE16. Officers quickly responded to the incident, leading to Shakiru’s arrest and subsequent charge.
