Man Charged Over Shocking Indecent Exposures in Rochester and Tunbridge Wells
A 36-year-old man has been charged following a string of indecent exposures across Rochester and Tunbridge Wells. The disturbing incidents span several months, leaving local women and girls distressed and demanding justice.
Series of Offences Spark Police Action
Between 26 March and 21 April 2021, kent.police.uk" target="_blank" rel="noopener" title="Kent Police" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Kent Police received multiple reports of indecent exposure near Delce Road and Jackson’s Field, Rochester. The suspect allegedly exposed himself and in one case, inappropriately touched a victim.
New Incident in Tunbridge Wells Leads to Arrest
On 2 May 2022, a teenage girl near Kibbles Lane, Tunbridge Wells, reported a man exposed himself and performed an indecent act. Kent Police immediately launched an investigation.
Suspect in Custody Awaiting Trial
Evgeni Nachev, formerly of Ross Street, Rochester, was arrested the same day. He faces three charges of indecent exposure and one sexual assault count. Nachev was remanded in custody by Medway Magistrates’ Court on 4 May. His next court date is set for 1 June at Maidstone Crown Court.
