Beastly Carer Jailed for Brutal Child Abuse
Patryk Zebrowski, 29, from Ellesmere Port, has been slammed behind bars for three and a half years at Chester Crown Court on Thursday 8 December. He was convicted of causing or allowing serious physical harm to a child in his care.
Horrific Injuries Uncovered
The court heard the unnamed child suffered multiple injuries, including fractured ribs and legs, between March and April 2021. The abuse only came to light when doctors spotted the injuries at a hospital in April 2021.
Justice Served – and a Long Restraining Order
Zebrowski was not only sentenced to three years and six months in prison but also slapped with an eight-year restraining order. The evidence was painstakingly gathered by Detective Sergeant Leanne Bowes from Ellesmere Port CID.
“Zebrowski is a coward and he deserves to be behind bars,” said Detective Inspector Lorna Hutcheon.
“The pain and suffering that the child must have endured is something that nobody should ever have to experience, let alone a child who had no way of defending themselves.”
“While the child has now recovered from their injuries, the effects of Zebrowski’s actions will impact them for the rest of their lives.”
